For purchases under AU$100.00 postage charges are added at the checkout using an Australia Post add-on.
They are approximately as follows;

- AU$12.00 International (approx US$11.55, GBP5.80, EUR7.35)
All items will be carefully packed in a bubble-wrap envelope or in a box if necessary.

Free Postage will be by Australia Post Registered Mail or Airmail & usually takes 2-3 days in Australia and 1-2 weeks to anywhere else on Earth.
We will insure it for the price you paid. If you do not wish us to do this please notify us.
All importation duties & taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. The higher the insured value, the higher the duties. Most countries ie: USA and UK, have very low duty on silver jewellery and gemstones and most purchases will be exempt. Some countries ie: Russia and Indonesia, have high duties.
Responsibility for understanding local regulations lies with the purchaser.

If you have your own preferred shipping method, add a note to the form at the checkout and we will get back to you upon completion of your purchase. The Australian postage rate will still be automatically added to your total, and any additional shipping costs will be charged seperately.
FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc;
Most courier/delivery services have a AU$35 (approx US$33.65, GBP17.00, EUR21.45) surcharge to collect from Byron Bay, which is considered 'rural Australia'. This is in addition to the usual Australian rates. If you accept these fees from your preferred shipper, they will collect. They claim that you need to add one extra working day to normal delivery times from rural Australia. We can ship on your account number or calculate the cost and add it to your bill.
Australia Post do reliable express services which will arrive with you via your local express post service;
- Up to 2kg (4.4lbs) by Express Post to the New Zealand (3-7 days) will cost an additional NZ$35.80 (approx)
- Up to 2kg (4.4lbs) by Express Post to the USA (3-7 days) will cost an additional US$42.40 (approx)
- Up to 2kg (4.4lbs) by Express Post to Europe (3-7 days) will cost an additional GBP26.00 / EUR37.20 (approx)

The reality is that Registered Airmail only usually takes a few more days, and is sometimes as fast.
