If you have a Warranty Return, or are not completely satisfied with your purchase from wizardofauz.com, you can return it to us for a complete refund of your purchase price (excluding postage and gift wrapping).


14 day return option on purchases;

No returns will be accepted without a Return Approval Number, which will be emailed to you along with an address label to print and put on the package.

    * You have 14 days from the date of purchase to submit the Return Approval Form below and 17 days to post it.
    * No money-back returns will be accepted if not lodged within 14 days or sent within 17 days.

Warranty Returns;

No warranty returns will be accepted without a Warranty Return Approval Number, which will be emailed to you along with an address label to print and put on the package.

    * To receive your Warranty Return Approval Number, submit the form below.
    * This must be done within 12 months of purchase.
    * The item must be sent within 7 days of the Warranty Return Approval Number being issued.
    * All warranty returns must be sent by airmail to Australia.
    * Insurance is the sender’s responsibility.
