Our jewellery is made to a very high standard, using a lot of silver to make it stronger, which also gives it that chunky look.
In most cases it will last a lifetime (or several), but due to the nature of materials like gemstones and silver, stones will occasionally fall out or joins might weaken. This is rare but it happens. Every piece of jewellery we sell has been rigorously tested by our smiths and by us for all possible weaknesses.
Should you experience any problems caused by manufacturing faults, we will of course repair or exchange the piece, or give you a refund on the purchase price of the item. Postage charges are not refundable. If the stone falls out, please return it to us with the jewellery. Our warranty only covers manufacturing faults and not damaged caused by normal wear and tear, the carelessness of the wearer, or by the piece being worn or used in an unreasonable way (as deemed by us). Please read and understand all the care instructions below.
To ensure lifetimes of pleasure from your jewellery, please bare the following in mind…
- The more you wear it, the more weathered it will become. If you prefer the cleaner look, wear it sparingly.
- The more manual work and chores you do with your jewellery on (especially rings) the more likely you are to damage (or loose) them.
- Avoid bathing, showering, swimming, sports, partying, or clubbing with our heavier jewellery. All jewellery, especially larger pieces, can fall off a wet or sweaty body very easily.
- Avoid wearing your jewellery anywhere where there is sulphur, like a hot spring, as it can heavily tarnish the metals and corrode some stones.
- Avoid wearing your jewellery anywhere there is chlorine or ammonia as they are not good for the stones and will tarnish the metals.
- Avoid the use of any detergents or harsh chemicals.
- Do not leave in direct sunlight. The piece may become very hot and some stones can alter with too much heat or light.
