7 Day 'No Questions Asked' Returns on all items !!!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from The Wizard of Auz you can return it to us for a complete refund of your purchase price, excluding postage.

To keep track of all stock and in order to gather information to improve our services, all returns will need to have completed a short Returns Approval Form. This links the item to the buyer and details concerning the sale. We will therefore know to look out for the item being returned so that it doesn't eneter stock as a new item from a supplier. No returns will be accepted without a Returns Approval which will be emailed to you along with an address label to print and put on the package.

    * You have 7 days from the date of purchase to submit the Returns Approval Form below and 14 days to post it.
    * No returns will be accepted if not lodged within 7 days or sent within 14 days.

Refunds or exchanges will be given only upon receipt & full inspection of returned items.

Warranty Returns

If you have a Warranty Return based on a defective item as defined by our Warranty/Guarentee Policy, you can return it to us for a complete refund of your purchase price, excluding postage.

 To keep track of all stock and in order to gather information to improve our services, all warrantee/guarantee returns will need to have completed a short Warranty Returns Authority Form. This links the item to the buyer and details concerning the sale. We will therefore know to look out for the item being returned so that it doesn't enter stock as a new item from a supplier. 

No warranty returns will be accepted without a Warranty Returns Authorisation which will be emailed to you along with an address label to print and put on the package.

    * To receive your Warranty Returns Authorisation, submit the form below.
    * This must be done within the Warranty / Guarentee period (which varies according to the item).
    * The item must be sent within 7 days of the Warranty Returns Authorisation being issued.
    * All warranty returns must be sent by airmail to Australia.
    * Insurance is the sender’s responsibility.

Refunds or exchanges will be given only upon receipt & full inspection of returned items.
