Free Shipping Worldwide on all purchases over AU$100.00 !!!

For purchases under AU$100.00 shipping costs are added at the checkout.

We use postal services since this is the only standard that can be relied upon worldwide. All items will be despatched through Australia Post and will be transfered to your national postal carrier once it has arrived in your country.

The services provided by other shippers like FedEx, UPS, & DHL vary from country to country, so we have learned not to rely upon these services globally.

Should you prefer to use a service other than the post office, an option will be available for you to contact us directly after checkout. You will not be charged for shipping if you choose this option and your order will be marked as pending until you contact us.

All items will be carefully packed in a bubble-wrap envelope or in a box depending on the size of the item.

Free Postage

Free Postage will be by Australia Post Registered Mail or Airmail & usually takes 2-4 days in Australia and 7 to 10 days anywhere else on Earth.

Insurance

We will insure it for the price you paid. If you do not wish us to do this please notify us. 

Duties & Taxes (where applicable)

All importation duties & taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Most countries have a duty-free thresh-hold which will allow for the free-flow of most small items up to a certain value. However, the higher the value, especially the insured value, the higher the duties and the likelyhood of being charged. Most countries ie: USA and UK, have very low duty on silver jewellery and gemstones and most purchases will be exempt. Some countries ie: Russia and Indonesia, have high duties.

Responsibility for understanding local regulations lies with the purchaser.
